《‘中国诉讼论坛’泰山宣言》
<
一、作为中国律师，我们必须坚持党的领导，全面贯彻、落实习总书记提出的“全面依法治国”的伟大战略决策；
One, As Chinese lawyers, we must adhere to leadership by the Communist Party of China, and fully implement the strategy of “Comprehensively govern the nation according to law” raised by General Secretary;
二、作为中国律师，我们坚决做到遵守宪法和法律，恪守律师职业道德和执业纪律，依法执业、规范执业、诚信执业；
Two, As Chinese lawyers, we stand firmly to obey the Constitution and laws of People’s Republic of China, to obey lawyers’ professional ethics and practice discipline, and to practice legally, formally and in good faith.
三、作为中国律师，我们尽职尽责践行“维护当事人合法权益，维护法律正确实施，维护社会公平和正义”的社会责任和律师使命；
Three, as Chinese lawyers, we will dutifully undertake the social responsibility and lawyer’s mission of “safeguarding clients’ lawful rights and interests, safeguarding law enforcement’s accuracy, safeguarding social fairness and justice.”
四、作为中国律师，我们有责任投身我国的法律援助事业，推动我国法律援助事业的发展；
Four, as Chinese lawyers, we have the responsibility to engage in the career of China’s legal aid, and to promote the development of it.
五、作为中国律师，我们必须与时俱进，在当前我国发展的重要战略机遇期，以新理念、新思路、新举措的创新思维开创新的法律服务领域，为我国经济社会发展做出应有的贡献；
Five, as Chinese lawyer, we must keep pace with the times and create a new area of legal service with innovative thinking methods, which consists of new theory, new thought, new strategy.
六、作为中国律师，作为“中国诉讼论坛.2015”的发起单位，我们愿意联合全国所有的热心推动我国法治建设、热心推动我国律师事业发展、热心推动我国法律援助事业发展的律师事务所，共同落实、开展以后每年一届的“中国诉讼论坛”，为我国全面依法治国、为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦勇于担当应尽的律师责任。
Six, as Chinese lawyers, as the host of “China Lawsuit Forum 2015”, we are willing to ally with other law firms from all over the world, who heartily promote construction of our nation’s legal system and the development of our nation’s legal aid career, to implement every other “China Lawsuit Forum” annually. We are prepared to carry responsibility of Chinese dream of “Comprehensively governing the nation according to law” and the “great renewal of the Chinese nation.”
